Our Fish Story
It’s been awhile!
Sorry it’s been so long since we have posted! To catch you up, I got a 55 gallon and now have five cute little goldfishies. I swear to God. If anyone messages me about how there are too many fish in my 55 gallon tank, I will go insane. C’mon now. I take very good care of my fish and do not want to hear it.
Also, with the ten gallon, I have began breeding mollies! We have like thirty or forty fry already! I’m really excited to watch them grow, and then sell them to good homes. I’ll try to post some more recent pictures of our fishies. Thanks!
We have babies!!
We have 15ish very cute guppy fry. They are quite hard to count because of their activity, but it’s around 15. They look so funny but in a very cute way. I will try to take a picture of them soon, but today will be somewhat busy. But I will soon!
Update
Where to begin! So, the Tropical tank decided to get a snail problem, which is weird because it was a while since we bought the plants, but oh well. We got a Clown Loach to eat the snails and haven’t seen any since. Also, the tropical tank has been developing algae so we got a pleco to clear that up! Everyone in that tank is getting along fine.
Since we had the guppy scare, we decided to get a bunch more plants for the tank for the fry to hide in. I’ll post a picture after I finish writing this post!
I’ve been looking for large tanks, because I’m a goldfish geek and want a bunch and need a bigger tank but no one in Colorado has over a 20 gallon tank for sale. Well, eventually I will be sizing up, just not yet. I am also thinking of going bare bottomed for my goldfish tank. Thoughts?
Did you be sure to cover the filter intake so that the fry won't get sucked up? Or maybe you needed to separate the mother from her fry because she might have eaten them also. Just a thought!

Update!
So.. we are not sure if one of the guppies has given birth yet or not.. if she has, that sucks because we can’t find any of the fry.. (We are total breeding noobs)
Scarface was picking on the angelfish that I got Brad for his birthday, so we had to sell him.
Other than that, nothing too spectacular has been happening. But I will keep you all up to date!

New Angelfish
Today, we went to a local fish store. For Brad’s birthday i told him that i would get him two angelfish and another emerald catfish. And today i did! so far, everyone is getting along! oh! brad finally named one of the fish! The rainbow shark’s name is now scarface!
